How it all started.
Samsara Temple was birthed in Denver Colorado on Labor Day Weekend 2021. The founders went to a workshop for Intentional Orgasms hosted at Nontra Temple. The three had only just met two weeks prior during an intensely healing and most amazing Adult Summer Camp, where they instantly became inseparable friends.
Months earlier, during a vacation in the Rockies, Tavia and Xander had decided to do something wild and take a nude yoga class on their way back to Kansas City. After class, Amy, the temple's founder, opened her space for them to explore, ask questions (they had many) and encouraged them to take nude yoga back to Kansas City to share with the public; and share they did! Xander and Tavia had already been offering yoga for the last few years. After deliberation and taking Amy's advice, they switched to nude and the number of people joining doubled over the course of the following month.
After getting to know Abi at camp and hearing her story they thought the training would help to bolster the healing she’d already gone through. They invited her to come back with them to Nontra. Little did they know the door they had opened for the healing of not only themselves but everyone they’ve touched since.
